It is made from the best Jordanian half-green olives that are milled within 10 hours of being hand picked resulting in an olive oil that is full of natural antioxidants with intense flavour, fragrance and keeping qualities.
This unique oil is traditionally eaten by dipping freshly baked bread into the oil and then dunked into the Zaatar thyme mix. Drizzle it over salads, houmous, Greek yoghurt, pasta or halloumi cheese and to make tasty sauces and marinades to add flavour to grilled vegetables, fish and chicken.
